FAQ

  • The majority of our new clients are referrals from existing clients or referral partners. When we are introduced to a potential new client, we will have an introductory phone call, and if we seem like a good fit for each other, we will wear the cost of a tax & structure review and have a meeting to present our findings and a fixed fee proposal to look after accounting & tax moving forward.

  • We offer a fixed fee quote for the services you need over a 12-month period, charged monthly by direct debit. We don’t have standard pricing packages, pricing will vary depending on the complexity of your structure and services you require.

  • For our business clients, we take care of:

     

    • Annual financial statements and tax returns for business, SMSF, related companies and trusts, and individuals

    • Annual tax planning review meeting to forecast with the year ahead, and partner with you around your goals for the year ahead

    • Act as your agent for dealing with ATO and ASIC

    • Fringe Benefits Tax obligations

    • Payroll tax lodgements (where applicable)

    • Email and phone support

  • Our bread and butter is accounting and tax for small business owners, but that’s not all we do. We can help you with:

     

    • Regular Virtual CFO finance meeting and reporting (typically on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis)

    • Advice with the sale or purchase of a business (tax structuring, due diligence, sale accounting)

    • For our property investors, we ensure they are investing in the best structures for their circumstances and considering financial factors like tax planning efficiency, borrowing capacity, land tax obligations and asset protection.

    • Introduce to the appropriate service provider to ensure you are well organised financially. We have an incredible network of financial planners, finance brokers and lawyers who you can partner with

    • Review and optimise your Xero file to ensure accurate and efficient Xero reporting
